Biography Of SM*SH
2010: Early form
SM*SH was originally composed three persons namely Dicky, Ilham, and Reza. Then Morgan and Bisma, then followed by Rangga and Rafael. Most of them originated from the dancers, there also have background singers, and some other personnel who had joined the band. By Starsignal, they were included in training camp. Here they honed ability in terms of singing and dancing. They are also equipped with the science of public speaking. Training camp lasts for five months. Early foray into the world of entertainment, Sm*sh following the dance competition held by Cinta Laura, they also become dancers in Laura's single. Later in October 2010, first single debut Sm*sh was released. The single titled "I Heart You". The song was also released and re-arranged by the artist along with Opera Van Java and Adul, they named "SM#SH" (read smosh) and changed the title to "Cenat Cenut". 2011: SM*SH and Cinta Cenat Cenut
Cinta Cenat Cenut is the first television series, starring the members of the Sm*sh alone and they became the main character in this series. The show is aired on Trans TV from the date of February 18, 2011, in acting Sm*sh joined other artists such as Natasha Rizki and Zaneta Georgina. Boyband who ever sing Rihanna's Take a Bow on the live broadcast on the radio, also started getting advertising contracts from Telkomsel, they also become stars Sosis So Nice advertisements. April 10, 2011 they celebrated the anniversary of Sm*sh for the first time in "Hip Hip Hura Tolak Angin Karnaval SCTV 2011", which took place in the field LumintangDenpasar, Bali. The fans of Sm*sh "(Sm*shblast)" remained desperately shouting hysterically and singing along despite the jump in the pouring rain. On March 6, 2011, Sm*sh released a second single, entitled "Senyum Semangat", their first performance thiseurodance song in musical event, "Inbox" SCTV, consequently this song reach the top on the charts Indonesia.
In the event Indonesia music awards, "SCTV Music Awards 2011", Sm*sh is not included in the nominations for the band's new rising star in 2011, but SCTV invited Sm*sh to read the nomination for "New Arrivals Album Duo/Group". They also brought the debut of its main single, titled "I Heart You", the song is sung with a solo singer Afgan, besides that they also sang "Senyum Semangat". At the launch the official website to unite their fans (Sm*shblast) www. smashblast.co.id, they said it would complete his first studio album which will contain new eight songs in it. on June 26, 2011, Sm*sh released his first studio album, titled SM*SH-named as its own name or so-called selftitled. The album contains 10 songs including 4 songs recycling. Sm*sh debut album which is also sold through outlets of KFC, has sold over 600 thousand copies for three months. Within a day, the average Sm*sh album sold 500 CDs. Sm*sh also includes musicians who merged his albums sold in KFC stores like Cinta Laura, Agnes Monica, and Indah Dewi Pertiwi.
In October, Sm*sh released their debut album is in Malaysia and Singapore to achieve success abroad, especially Southeast Asia.On October 30, 2011, Sm*sh held a mini concert, titled "SMASH Untukmu Indonesia". The concert was held at the Arena Sports Mall Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, starting at 4 pm for 2 hours show. In order to welcome the Sumpah Pemuda Day, Sm*sh will remind and dig back national values which are considered obsolete by some people. After the success in the drama Cinta Cenat Cenut that aired in early 2011, now Sm*sh return to acting in a serial Cinta Cenat Cenut 2. The play began airing in TransTV on December 3, at 8.30 pm.
The anniversary concert 10th Trans Corp, titled "Dekade Trans Untuk Indonesia" is the theme of digitalis and futuristic with the concept of multimedia, Sm*sh appeared both bring a medley of songs "Inikah Cinta" and "Senyum Semangat" with a futuristic light clothes vibrant in lighting. After the original CD first studio album sold one million copies within 6 months after release, Sm*sh was awarded a plaque "1 million award" from Ancora Music. In 2012, Sm*sh is planned to be promo their studio album overseas with repacked album contained three new songs.
